Triggers

Triggers start sessions without a human in the loop:

• Cron — recurring scheduled runs (org default timezone is configurable)
• Reminders — one-shot future runs
• Webhooks — inbound HTTP events start or continue a session

Triggered sessions behave like any other: they show up in the sessions list, post to their configured surface, and follow the same lifecycle and checkpoint contract. Admin approval gates apply to trigger creation.
